WorldBox Update 0.14, Religions, Wizards, Traders, Farms, and more (everything we know)

Hello guys, how are you? Yesterday, Maxim karpenko, developer and creator of worldbox, announced that they were already developing the next worldbox 0.14 update and that they did not know exactly when it would be released or an approximate date.




However, through the trello development board we can see what they are working on and what features this update will possibly bring.



Well, as I already said, it seems that this new update is going to focus above all on the reinvention of the resources and economy of the game, since it is the first thing that appears, perhaps this means new dynamics or even improvements in the spraits of those who they already exist.




The second thing they tell us is that they are working on new sounds and adding music to the game, well I see this as something mostly long term, but who knows, maybe they will give us a big surprise.





The third thing is that they are working on new jobs and professions, and here they highlight three that have not yet been added.



The profession of magician or shaman:


  That basically they will be units of the different races that will obtain the power to use magic, just as if they were magicians at their will, in my opinion this sounds very interesting since as we know no magician helps specifically a race or kingdom of the game, so that we would see wars with magic and magicians applying healing, curse, destruction spells and many more on the enemy.



The profession of fisherman:
This would be an ordinary unit that would take a fishing boat and go fishing in the sea or maybe even fish in rivers or on the seashore with rods, I don't see much use for it, it would be something merely decorative.



 

The traveling salesman profession:


  obviously based on the minecraft street vendor, what this unit would do would be to go from city to city, kingdom to kingdom, trading its products and I guess why not resources, so this would modify the economy as we know it until now in worldbox, it would be a new type of commerce, the terrestrial one, it should be clarified that this unit will surely come with a pack animal to carry its merchandise, perhaps it will be a llama, donkey, horse, leave your opinion in the comments.




The fourth thing is the religion that we cannot forget, they mention that this is probably based on race, for example the elves would worship the spirit of the forests due to their naturalistic tendency and the orcs would have the cult of the bloody hammer or something related with some god of war, due to his savagery and bloodlust.






 

And fifth and last is that they plan to add new structures, these are:



A farm, which will surely be next to the crops and will serve as a storehouse for these and their seeds, may be where cattle are raised and farmers live.



Archery training camp, where archers will surely train, just as soldiers do in the baroque, I suppose if they add this, they will add more long-distance weapons, crossbow examples, bigger bows, smaller bows, etc.



And fishing piers, which is obviously related to the profession of fisherman and they will be fished.
